We focus on teaching the importance of nutrition and mindset, creating a safe space for women to feel and be heard, supported, encouraged, and empowered to get physically and mentally stronger.

Small Group Coaching Sessions
Our small group coaching allows a fully coached session in every session, where you can train in confidence. Whether you've trained for years or you are brand new - you will be encouraged and feel inspired to give what you can, while always taking into account how you're feeling that day. All we ask is that you show up and get involved.
Group Strength (female only)


Designed to help you see the benefits of strength training, not only for your body but your mindset too.

Group Sweat (female only
Designed to make you work hard, push yourself and increase your fitness levels while having the craic!
A 'Hyrox' style group session designed to raise that heart rate, make you sweat, push past 'its hard' and question why you said you'd join in the class!!

Our studio is a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for women to work on their fitness goals in a group setting.
1-1 coaching and our Hybrid athlete group sessions are also available for men to help them discover their new potential.

I can’t rate Cat highly enough - why isn’t there a 6 star option! Honestly this woman embraces all there is to know about motivation, female empowerment, creating a community vibe for girls to support girls when working out. Her attention to detail in explaining form, technique, along with pushing you and encouragement is second to none. She tailors specific alternatives for those managing injuries. You will not regret anything about coming to one of her classes or getting coaching under her watch!

I joined Cat's fitness studio around September 24 and it's the best decision I have made! I wasn't enjoying fitness as much and I wasn't focused on making good nutrition choices. I was sluggish, bloated and not feeling great. My goal is to lose weight but I love how Cat asks you what you want to have as your goal, focusing more on exercise and nutrition making you happy rather than what number is on the scales. Cat is such a positive, caring and warm person, her energy is so inspiring and after classes or coaching sessions I feel in such a good mood! I also am achieving my goal of losing weight and it doesn't feel like a chore. Cat listens to every thing you say and doesn't push you to do anything you don't want to do and works around you and your lifestyle to make achievable changes.
